    Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Capstone Life Insurance website and communications.

Effective date: August 31, 2026. Last updated: August 31, 2026.

    Back to Home

Welcome to Capstone Life Insurance ("Capstone," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Capstone and govern your use of capstonelifeinsurance.com, our forms, our downloadable resources, and the calls, texts, and emails we exchange with you. By using the website or submitting a form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Please read carefully. These Terms include a mandatory individual arbitration provision and a class action and jury trial waiver that affect your legal rights, and a limitation of liability. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as described below.

Who We Are and What We Do

Capstone Life Insurance is an independent, licensed life insurance agency. We help individuals compare final expense and life insurance options from third party insurance carriers and, if you choose, submit an application to a carrier. We are an agency, not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any policy, and we do not pay claims. All coverage is issued, underwritten, and administered solely by the insurance carrier named in your policy.

Insurance products are offered only in states where Capstone and the servicing agent hold an active license and where the carrier's product is approved. Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to sell insurance in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed. Licensing information is available on request.

No Advice and No Binding Quote

Content on this website, including guides, calculators, glossaries, sample rates, and articles, is general information for educational purposes only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, financial, accounting, or medical advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product is suitable for you. You should consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.

Any figures shown on this site are illustrations, not offers or binding quotes. Actual premiums, benefit amounts, waiting periods, exclusions, and availability are determined solely by the carrier and vary by state, age, health, tobacco use, and other underwriting factors. Not all applicants qualify. Coverage exists only after an application is submitted, approved by the carrier, the policy is issued, and the first premium is paid. In the event of any conflict, the issued policy contract controls.

Consent to Calls and Text Messages

By submitting a form on our website, or by giving your number to a licensed Capstone agent, you give Capstone Life Insurance your express prior written consent to contact you at the number provided, including a wireless number, by telephone call and text message (SMS), and including calls made with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, regarding your inquiry and related insurance products and services. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of that number. This consent applies even if the number is listed on a federal or state do not call registry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still request a quote by calling us at 972-805-4720.

Types of messages you can expect to receive. Examples include: quote follow ups, appointment scheduling and appointment reminders, application status updates, account notifications, and conversational replies from a licensed agent about your inquiry.

    Messaging frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out at any time, text STOP. After you text STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further texts.

For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://capstonelifeinsurance.com, call 972-805-4720, or email office@capstonelifeinsurance.com. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means, including telling an agent during a call. We honor revocation promptly and in no event later than ten business days. Revocation applies going forward and does not affect communications already lawfully sent.

No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    Text Messaging Terms

The types of messages you can expect to receive include, for example: appointment reminders, order alerts, account notifications, quote follow ups, application status updates, and conversational replies from a licensed agent about your inquiry.

    Messaging frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, text STOP.

For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://capstonelifeinsurance.com.

    Email Communications

Commercial emails we send include accurate sender and subject information, our valid physical postal address, and a working unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests within ten business days. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about an application or policy you have with us.

Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

By using this website you consent to receive communications, notices, disclosures, and agreements from us electronically, and you agree that electronic records and electronic signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state versions of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You may withdraw this consent, or request a paper copy, by contacting us, although doing so may prevent us from providing certain services online.

    Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You must be at least eighteen years old and a United States resident to use this website or submit a form. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own, and that you will keep it current. You agree not to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or another person's personal information through our forms.
    • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
    • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the security or operation of the website.
    • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content or contact information from the site.
    • Reverse engineer, frame, or resell any part of the website or its content.

    Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, guides, checklists, and downloadable documents, is owned by Capstone Life Insurance or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view and download our materials for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

    Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at office@capstonelifeinsurance.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Include identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including removing material and terminating repeat infringers where appropriate.

    Third Party Links and Services

This website may link to carrier websites, application portals, and other third party resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, or security. Your dealings with any carrier or third party are solely between you and them.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that any information is complete or current.

    Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capstone Life Insurance and its owners, agents, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our communications, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits your rights or a carrier's obligations under an issued insurance policy.

    Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capstone Life Insurance and its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights, including any claim arising from your submission of a phone number you were not authorized to provide.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the calls, texts, or emails between us, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in the county in Texas where Capstone maintains its principal place of business, or by video or telephone at your election, and the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Capstone each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Thirty day opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class waiver provision by emailing office@capstonelifeinsurance.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt Out," including your name and contact information, within thirty days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms or your use of the website.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply.

    Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to the arbitration provision. Subject to the arbitration section above, any action not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section deprives you of any protection afforded by the mandatory consumer or insurance laws of your state of residence.

    Termination and Severability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

    Entire Agreement and Assignment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Capstone regarding the website and supersede any prior understandings. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and material changes will be reasonably highlighted. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
